Return Policy

Desperado Trading

At Desperado Trading, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and detail that goes into every product we make. Because many of our items are made-to-order, customized, printed, engraved, or produced in-house, please review our return policy before placing your order.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

All custom and made-to-order sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom hats

  • Leather patch hats

  • Custom shirts

  • Printed apparel

  • Engraved items

  • Tumblers

  • Koozies

  • Coasters

  • Personalized designs

  • Any item made with customer-provided artwork, logos, names, wording, or design requests

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged unless there is an error caused by Desperado Trading.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange at the discretion of Desperado Trading.

To be considered for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear

Customers must contact Desperado Trading within 7 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Desperado Trading, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order information

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged during shipping

After reviewing the issue, Desperado Trading may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Customer Errors

Desperado Trading is not responsible for customer-submitted mistakes, including but not limited to:

  • Misspelled names or wording

  • Incorrect artwork or logos

  • Wrong size selected

  • Wrong color selected

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Approved design errors

  • Changes requested after production has started

Please review all order details carefully before submitting payment.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered for eligible non-custom items only. Custom items are not eligible for exchange unless Desperado Trading made an error.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Desperado Trading.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges, rush fees, design fees, and custom production fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Desperado Trading.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production has not started. Once materials have been prepared, printed, engraved, cut, pressed, or otherwise customized, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Desperado Trading is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
