2. Products and Custom Orders
Many Desperado Trading products are made, printed, engraved, decorated, or customized in-house. Product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, material texture, leather grain, printing methods, engraving, or handmade production differences.
For custom orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork, wording, spelling, colors, sizing, logos, and design details. Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
Desperado Trading reserves the right to refuse any custom design request that includes offensive, hateful, illegal, trademark-infringing, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.
3. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment, including product type, quantity, size, color, shipping address, and customization details.
Desperado Trading is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including misspellings, incorrect sizes, incorrect colors, wrong addresses, or inaccurate custom design information.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Payment must be received before an order is processed or produced. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is not completed, if pricing errors occur, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on the product, order size, production workload, and shipping carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Desperado Trading is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Because many of our products are made-to-order or customized, all custom sales are final unless there is an error caused by Desperado Trading or the product arrives damaged due to our workmanship.
Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange at the discretion of Desperado Trading, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
