Desperado Trading
At Desperado Trading, we take pride in getting your order made, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible. Most of our products are made in-house, including our custom hats, leather patches, shirts, tumblers, koozies, and other apparel or accessories.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or large orders may require additional production time, depending on the size and details of the order.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 United States on eligible orders over $99.00 unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other locations may require an additional shipping charge.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using standard carrier services such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Desperado Trading is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Desperado Trading is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve it.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available on select orders if arranged directly with Desperado Trading.
